Johan Lubbe is a Director and Head of Real Estate practice. He specialises in conveyancing; corporate real estate; due diligence investigations; notarial bonds and other notarial work; sectional title and cluster developments; and the transfer of ownership in properties. Johan also advises on the registration of mortgage bonds and servitudes; township developments; consolidations; subdivisions; drafting of commercial property agreements; and mineral rights and water rights searches. Johan has been a Director at Werksmans since 2009.
