Corlett Manaka is Head of Litigation & Dispute Resolution and a member of the Werksmans Inc. Executive Committee. He advises across the practice areas of Business Crimes & Investigations; Dispute Resolution; and Insolvency, Business Rescue & Restructuring. Corlett specialises in aviation law and litigation; commercial litigation; competition law; regulatory law; local government law; and constitutional and administrative law. He advises on the provisions of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Promotion of Administrative Jusitce Act (PAJA) and the Provisions of the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA). Corlett co-founded Nalane Manaka Inc., which merged with Werksmans in 2006.

Jeremy Botha was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Werksmans Attorneys in April 2006. His background was initially financial management and taxation at some of South Africa’s largest corporates. Prior to joining Werksmans, he was the General Manager of Adams and Adams, a large intellectual property law firm, for a period of five years. During this time he gained wide experience in general executive duties, particularly in the financial; information technology; human resources; and marketing fields.
