Wendy Rosenberg is the Head of the award-winning Digital Media & Electronic Communications Practice Area (formerly known as the Technology, Media and Communications (TMT) Practice Area), also advising in the Technology practice area. With over 23 years of experience, Wendy is a leading legal practitioner specialising in the policy, regulatory, legislation, and licensing of the ICT, digital media, and gaming (online betting and land-based gambling) sectors.

Paul Coetser is Director and Head of Competition, advising in the Business Crimes & Investigations and Telecommunications, Media & Technology practice areas. Natalie advises various local and international financial institutions (including banks, insurance companies, mutual associations and investments/ asset managers) mining companies, pharmaceutical companies, start-ups, financial institutions and local and international corporates on a wide range of transactions and arrangements.

Natalie is a member of the Debt Advisory Committee of the JSE. She is also a contributor and co-editor of LEX Africa Insolvency and Restructuring Guide of Africa as well as a regular contributor of the South Africa chapter in the Banking Regulation Review.
