This matter involves an Inquiry into Subscription Broadcasting Services (“Pay TV Inquiry”) by the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (“ICASA”). ICASA is the regulator responsible for licencing and regulating broadcasting services in South Africa. Werksmans represents MultiChoice in relation to all aspects of the Inquiry and plays an integral role in preparing information and submissions to be provided to ICASA for its consideration in the Inquiry.
