  • Telkom SA Ltd ("Telkom") in a review application that was launched against the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA), seeking to set aside the decisions of ICASA to publish the composite invitation to apply for an individual electronic communications network services and Radio Frequency Spectrum licenses for the purpose of operating a Wireless Open Access Network, and the publication of invitation to apply for licensing process for international mobile telecommunications in respect of the provision of mobile broadband wireless access services for urban and rural areas using complimentary bands IMT700, IMT800, IMT2600 and IMT3500 spectrum frequency.
  • The Prudential Authority ("PA") of the South African Reserve Bank ("SARB"), in various applications instituted by an exempted entity in accordance with the Banks Act and the Financial Sector Regulation Act.
  • Mobile Telephone Networks (Pty) Ltd ("MTN") in tender review proceedings against a government entity.
