Akshay Keshav

Akshay Keshav is a Senior Associate in the Business Crimes & Investigations practice area. He specialises in general commercial litigation and corporate forensic investigations, with a particular focus on white-collar crime. Akshay frequently advises on compliance with the Prevention and Combatting of Corrupt Activities Act; the Prevention of Organised Crime Act; the Public Finance Management Act; and the Municipal Finance Management Act. He has on numerous occasions provided assistance to law enforcement in the prosecution of cases flowing from investigations. Akshay’s litigation experience includes various arbitrations, mediations, administrative law disputes, and banking litigation.
