Director, Armand Swart forms part of the Regulatory and Investment Funds & Private Equity practice areas. He advises on data privacy; investment funds; commercial transactions; regulatory compliance; and commercial disputes. Armand holds the designations of Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) and Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). Armand holds a BA (cum laude), BA Joint Honours (cum laude) and an LLB (magna cum laude) from Rhodes University.

Armand was elected as an International Association of Privacy Professionals’ Knowledge Chapter Chair for Cape Town and is currently serving a two-year term
