• Southern Palace Group of Companies Proprietary Limited in relation to the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Genrec Engineering Proprietary Limited for a consideration of approximately R185 million.
• Investec Property Fund Limited in relation to the establishment of Izandla Property Fund Proprietary Limited (a black controlled property fund).
• Southern Palace Group of Companies Proprietary Limited in relation to the acquisition of the Murray & Roberts Infrastructure & Building Platform business for a consideration of R314 million.
• Phembani Group Proprietary limited in relation to the merger with various entities controlled by Shanduka Group Proprietary Limited with a collective net asset value in excess of R10 billion.
• RMB Corvest Proprietary Limited in relation to various acquisition and disposal transactions.
• The Sharks Proprietary Limited and existing shareholders in relation to the acquisition of a controlling stake in The Sharks Proprietary Limited by an  American-based consortium, MVM Holdings LLC.
• Umoya Capital Partners (a black owned and managed private investment company) in relation to various acquisition and disposal transactions.
• Kasada Capital Management Proprietary Limited (a real estate private equity company) in relation to various acquisition transactions.
• Blu Label Unlimited Group Limited in relation to the disposal of its shares in Cell C Holdings Limited to Sisonke Growth Partners (RF) Proprietary Limited (Cell C BEE SPV) and the establishment of the Cell C BEE SPV.
