Dannielle Fiff

Dannielle Fiff is a Senior Associate in the Intellectual Property Practice. She holds a BTech in Quantity Surveying from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology, graduating with distinction. Dannielle thereafter completed an LLB at Stellenbosch University. She has also completed examinations with the South African Institute of Intellectual Property Law. Dannielle deals with trade mark clearance searches and registration; protection and enforcement of IP rights; IP litigation; unlawful competition; counterfeit goods matters; and domain name disputes.
