Emma de Doncker is a Senior Associate in the Insolvency & Business Rescue practice area. She advises financial institutions and creditors in all aspects of insolvency, restructuring and business rescue proceedings with a particular focus on the attachment of yellow equipment and immovable properties. With experience in the Commercial Recoveries and Digital Media and Telecommunications space she specializes in not only asset recovery, litigation and dispute resolution but also in Regulatory and Compliance Matters in the media and communications and technology practice area. She holds an LLB from the University of Cape Town.
