Kerry Fredericks is a Director and advises in the Employment and Sustainability practice areas. She specialises in employment law; health and safety law; and commercial employment. Kerry advises on various pieces of legislation; namely the Basic Conditions of Employment Act; the Labour Relations Employment Act; the Skills Development Act; the Employment Equity Act; the Unemployment Insurance Fund; and on compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act. She holds an LLB from the University of Pretoria.
