Khosi Mabaso is a Director in the Disputes practice area. She is a specialist in matters related to general commercial dispute resolution; contract dispute resolution; building, construction and engineering dispute resolution; administrative law; procurement law; international arbitrations and mediations; domestic arbitrations and mediations; and High Court litigation. Khosi is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a member of the Appeals Committee of the Engineering Council of South Africa. She is also a member of the Society of Construction Law (United Kingdom) and of the Disciplinary Committee of the Law Society of the Northern Provinces.
