Lloyrenzo September obtained his BA law degree and Post Graduate LLB from Stellenbosch University. Currently an Associate in the Banking & Finance team. Lloyrenzo forms part of a team which specializes in debt and preference share funding transactions, acting for both funders and borrowers and is routinely responsible for project management, security documents and a variety of conditions precedents in relation to those transactions.
