Mishka Ramraj is an Associate within the Project Finance, Energy & Infrastructure and Banking & Finance practice areas. Prior to entering practice with Werksmans Attorneys, Mishka earned a Bachelor of Laws degree (summa cum laude) from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.

In her role as Associate I in the Commercial Department, Mishka brings her expertise to bear on a wide range of corporate law matters including project finance transactions, leveraged finance transactions, asset acquisitions, limited recourse financing, issuance of debt instruments and public private partnerships. Mishka has also worked extensively within the renewable energy sector, with a particular focus on the financing of renewable energy projects. Prior to her role as Associate I in the Commercial Department, Mishka worked within the Litigation Department, with an emphasis on Dispute Resolution.

The claims in this regard aggregate to in excess of ZAR 600 million and € 16 million, 2023
