Ncumisa is a senior associate in the Employment practice area with right of appearance in the High Court of South Africa. She holds a Bcom Law as well as an LLB degree, both from the University of Witwatersrand.

She specializes in Labour Law and advises on numerous pieces of legislation including but not limited to – The Labour Relations Act; Basic Conditions of Employment Act; Compensation for Occupational injuries and Diseases Act; Protected Disclosures Act and the Employment Equity Act.
