Ntombi Nzimande is an Associate in the Competition Law practice area. Her experience also extends to the Insolvency and Business Rescue practice area, with a particular focus on liquidations. Ntombi advises clients on various litigious and non-litigious competition law matters, including prohibited practices such as cartels and abuse of dominance, merger control and competition law compliance programmes.   • In respect of prohibited practices, Ntombi advises clients facing allegations of cartel conduct, price-fixing, market allocation, and abuse of dominance. She assists with representing clients’ interests in proceedings before the Competition Commission and the Competition Tribunal.
  • Notable clients that Ntombi assisted have been in the property, vehicle finance, forestry, telecommunications and banking and finance sectors.
