  • National Student Financial Aid Scheme ("NSFAS"): Involved in proceedings at the High Court and Special Investigating Unit Tribunal in respect of the irregular awarding of contracts to four service providers – Ezaga Holdings, Coinvest Africa, Norraco Corporation and Tenet Technology.
  • Department of Home Affairs: Involved in a matter relating to the employment status of members of an appeals board, and the jurisdiction of the relevant bargaining council.
  • National Student Financial Aid Scheme: Involved in proceedings leading up to the dismissal of the appeal launched by the former Chief Executive Officer in relation to the termination of his employment contract.
