Wendy Rosenberg is the Head of the Digital Media & Electronic Communications Practice Area, also advising in the Technology practice area. Wendy has deep familiarity with media and communication law and has provided extensive media and communications regulatory and related advice in numerous jurisdictions in Africa (including multi-jurisdictional and pan-African matters), with a particular focus on South Africa; Angola; Botswana; Eswatini; Ghana; Kenya; Lesotho; Mauritius; Mozambique; Namibia; Nigeria; Seychelles; Tanzania; Zambia; Zanzibar; and Zimbabwe. Wendy has a particular interest in plain language drafting.
