Wendy Rosenberg is the Head of the award-winning Digital Media & Electronic Communications Practice Area (formerly known as the Technology, Media and Communications (TMT) Practice Area), also advising in the Technology practice area. With over 23 years of experience, Wendy is a leading legal practitioner specialising in the policy, regulatory, legislation, and licensing of the ICT, digital media, and gaming (online betting and land-based gambling) sectors.

Wendy has deep familiarity with the complexities of technology, media and communications law, providing specialist commercial, policy, regulatory and related advice in numerous jurisdictions in Africa (including multi-jurisdictional and pan-African matters. She is recognised as a Band 1 practitioner by Chambers Global, where she is recognised as a "true expert" and is frequently sought out for her "exhaustive knowledge of the area's regulatory regime".
