Extension of council main agreements

On 4 May 2020 the Minister of Employment and Labour, Thembelani Waltermade Nxesi, published Government Gazettes on the extension of Council Collective Agreements in respect of:
- National Bargaining Council for the Electrical Industry of South Africa; and
 
- National Textile Bargaining Council.
 
These agreements have been extended to bind non-parties in the industries during the COVID-19 lockdown.
